Booking & tickets
A seat is confirmed once your booking reference is issued. Please carry the reference and a valid ID; for cross-border trips a passport or national ID is required.
Boarding
Arrive at the terminal at least 30 minutes before departure. Coaches depart at the scheduled time and seats may be released after departure.
Luggage
Each passenger may carry one checked bag up to 20kg plus one small hand item. Excess luggage is charged at the terminal.
Changes, refunds & cancellations
Changes are free up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations more than 24 hours before departure are refundable less a service fee; no-shows are non-refundable. Contact us on WhatsApp at 0785 681 762 to change or cancel.
