When you book a seat we collect the passenger name, phone number, email address, travel route and seat selection. If you sign in, we also store your account email.
How we use it
Your details are used only to issue and manage your ticket, contact you about your trip, and meet cross-border passenger manifest requirements. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your booking data at any time by writing to tahmeedexpressbus.ke@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at 0785 681 762.
